I agree. And I eat meat. Hence my comment "where the vege ?"

I think a good part of it is a matter of different strokes for different folks as it were. It would probably seem a bit crass to ask a veggy restaurant to serve fois gras. Same with a primarily carnivorous restaurant. It is named Miss Fluffy's Smokehouse bar and Grill. I have made an attempt to provide options for folks who do not eat meat. You must admit this is a definite step up for inclusion as opposed to a vegetarian restaurant catering to folks with a desire for meat.

I think a good part of it is i believe there is plenty of space for restaurants of all shades, and each does not have to cater to all people. Admittedly there is a larger group that can eat less... This place is seriously not Kosher or Hallal.

The most interesting part of this exercise is seeing what people want. The best sellers by far are split between the fish dishes and the pork. The online part of the survey garnered a lot of interest on the Asparagus. in real life with the color menu in hand almost no one ordered it. demographics are funny that way.
